The last DTV test was certainly a substantial failure for Time Warner Cable in southwest Ohio, since the analog (not digital) signals of 2 broadcast stations carried here by TWC showed up on our television screens. Those were WLWT and WPTO; WLWT later took the blame for feeding the wrong signal to TWC, but there was never a single mention in local media about the similar goof with WPTO.
It still amazes me that even one analog signal appeared by mistake on TWC, regardless of who ultimately was at fault -- how can they NOT KNOW the nature of all signals carried on their system? After all, this is supposed to be their actual profession!
